If I told you it would ruin the film...they all play pivotal roles...bar perhaps 2 characters..one of which hardly appears.

Yea, This film would be extremely hard to review in terms of the plot & characters other than the bit given in the initial premise without spoiling one scene or another. The mystery of the film was its treasure. Once everything is outta the bag it loses a little steam as it heads into familiar territory. Still a great film.
