I just saw it. What an amazing film! The acting is superb, the sets, costumes and music perfect.
shareI just watched it, OK movie. This is the first Chinese film I have ever seen. I did like the 1930's settings. It's too bad both women realized they cared about Xie after he dies. I didn't expect Biebie's beau to shoot and kill him, but I'm not surprised, honor was very important back then.
