I would assume Daphne doesn't drink because she breastfeeds. And maybe Carla just doesn't drink...

Carla has stated several times that she just doesn't like the taste of alcohol.

'Why don't they drink'?
That's kind of a weird question. Do you think they need to? It's not a requirement.
I don't drink. I do eat my alcohol, like Carla.
I used to drink in my 20's but I started losing my taste for it. Now, I don't care for the taste.
