Melanie Lysnkey

This movie obviously doesn't have much publicity, but I'm a fan of Melanie Lynskey, and it's good for her to finally have a lead role after too many side roles.
Here's an article I found about her and this film.

It's like being inside a dream or something.. There's truth, but no logic.

She seems sweet and funny in the trailer.

I am not her big fan but noticing her since Heavenly Creatures and admired her in Two and a Half Men. Definitely support her.

Be polite or ffo kcuf, please!

I've been a fan of hers for YEARS, and I hope she starts breaking into more lead roles.

Her reaction in the last shot of the trailer ("Somebody's mom is here..."- "No...No...") kills me.

That line killed me too. Come on. She's like what? Late 30's maybe. Kids these days.

She's one of my favorite actresses, however I'll have to wait for it on DVD, since I live in the culturally defecit sticks.

I felt the pain of the 'somebody's mom is here' line. God, did I ever feel it.
Really like her and I'm glad to see her heading this up.

I love her! I watched this because I was surfing on demand and had nothing to watch..I had just saw her in Touchback a couple months ago, and that reminded me of what a great actress she is since Heavenly Creatures. I was really touched by her performance in this, along with Blythe..I was never married but lived with someone for years, and was dumped like her character..and I went through pretty much what she did in this. I, like her, had to head home to my family in my home state, and realized I was never happy in that previous relationship shortly afterwards..and this really hit home and I felt really similar to her character and what she went through..Kudos to Melanie, I hope she gets a lot more roles because she is absolutely fantastic. :)

She was amazing right out of the box in Heavenly Creatures. So glad to see her in a leading film role.
