'Wee chi poo chan'?

About 23 minutes into the movie they're talking about how they're all referencing old monster movies and they all understand, but none of the executives does. And Howard Berger mentions an example which is something like "Wee chi poo chan". That's what it sounds like to me at least.

Anyone know what he is talking about? Tried to google different variations without much luck.

I do believe he is saying "witchiepoo chin" and I do believe it is a reference to a specific makeup design for Bruce Campbell in Evil Dead 2.

It was sort of a joke because Bruce Campbell has a large chin anyway, but the idea was to indicate he was possessed by the demon was to enhance his regular chin with a witch chin and they thus dubbed it witchiepoo.

Again I could be wrong, but this is my best guess to this inside joke.

'Witchiepoo' was the main bad guy/gal on the television series H.R. Puffinstuff.
Not unlike Punch & Judy, she had a large exaggerated nose and chin.
