Christopher Plummer and Frank Langella

It was great seeing those two share so much screen time, fine actors, both of them. This is a worthwhile movie with an interesting story to tell. It was a different era, I think we've lost something since then. It's hard to imagine Fat Tony and that bunch coming to good verdict.

reply

Er, I'm not sure who "Fat Tony" is and what bad verdict are you referring to?

reply

Seems the poster was referring to Antonin Scalia. I don't believe the High Court's decisions are "verdicts" but, in recent years, the Court has issued a number of poor opinions--take your pick.

////, in recent years, the Court has issued a number of poor opinions--take your pick.///

-The Obamacare decision in which the "conservative" John Roberts sided with the 4 rubber stamp liberals and upheld it

-The decision in which Reagan appointee Anthony Kennedy sided with several liberals to strike down the DOMA. So you're right. There have been a lot of bad decisions.

OK thanks for injecting your unsolicited political opinion. Douche.

reply

Yea, it is great seeing Plummer and Langella in those scenes together

I especially like Plummer's performance

Hillary will save the Court
