I have seen it and it's a B movie. It's not good at all, the story is generic, the acting pretty bad and the camerawork makes you think you are actually watching a home movie.
I saw the 8.3 and that was the reason I gave it a go, but unless you are in to B movies, you probably will be dissapointed.

I wasn't going to review this film either, but I felt the world should be warned. Calling this a "B" movie is polite (and generous). I submitted a review so hopefully, no one else will lose an hour and a half of their life as I did.
I watched it. The story line is so so, but the direction is actually quite good. He takes what is essentially a computer game story and makes it into a somewhat well constructed drama filmed in an interesting way. Music is also very good.
It falls down because it doesn't paint enough detail about some of the events. One moment he is a kid, next fully grown man. Jumping 20 years with no background or over arching story through that period. The early scenes are great but it feels shallow in the middle.
So yeah pretty mediocre/cliched script but acting is ok and the direction is good. 6/10. If this movie had a more interesting script, with the people involved it could have been an 8/10.
It's better than the usual computer game movie.
Pretty good movie - rated it 7. director did a good job, thought the story was cool. kept me interested. And the ending was unexpected!

I gave it an 8. I found it very good. The action sequences were crisp and the story was entertaining. The ending got me bad; just didn't see that coming...
