Song in the underground hotel

Hey all.
Could somebody please tell me the name of the song that's playing during and leading up to the scene where Billy goes down in the elevator to his underground hotel room? I've looked everywhere and the song doesn't seem to be listed in the soundtrack. It's a fairly recognizable tune that you often hear on television programs about 60's America.
