Any good?

I know I shouldn't be judging by IMDb ratings, but most of the shows I like are generally above an 8.5, and even the guilty pleasures clock in at least an 8.

So is Fresh Meat any good? Worth watching?
And is there any show that it's similar in style to?

I wouldn't take the ratings on here too seriously, why don't you just watch one episode and see for yourself if you like it or not?

I want to, but getting hold of the episodes would take way too much time (slow internet), so I just want to know if it's worth diving in.

I think it's a mixture of peep show and the inbetweeners. Throw in a bit of skins as well. ( The UK version not the crappy US one)

I liked the Inbetweeners, liked how much I've seen of Skins, and Peep Show is on my to watch list.
I guess I'll give Fresh Meat a 3 episode chance.

Considering I wasn't originally going to bother with it, I'm really loving it..! Well-written... Believable, engaging characters... Unlike a lot of so-called comedies, it's genuinely funny... I don't know what people who are at uni now think of it. But, I'm having a fair few "OMG" moments, where something really reminds me of my own university experiences in the early '90s... And, episode six even managed to be quite moving... It really is very good..! As for similar shows... It's very much it's own thing. But, imagining a combination of "Peep Show" and "The Inbetweeners", with hints of "Green Wing" might give you an idea of the style... Come to think of it, the excellent "Sirens" actually had a similar style.
