The question is, who wouldn't?
Cable channels are allowed to use whatever language they want. There are no rules saying they have to bleep curse words on their shows. Comedy Central does it all the time with their midnight stash. The reason cable channels choose to censor curse words most of the time is because it is hard to get advertisers when they use that language. So no, the show wouldn't be dropped because it used the F word. Theres no way they would have used that language if the network hadn't allowed them to. Its not like they sneaked the curse words into the show without anyone knowing.
