Wtf Tammi? Why would anyone be on her side?
To be quite honest, I never really liked Duffey from the get, but the situation with Tammi made me like her a little. Just those things were not enough to straight fire someone like that. Tammi said Duffy was the unprofessional one, but if she was acting her age and being professional, she would have had a sit down and explained it to her. Let her know how she feels without getting an attitude and maybe Duffy would have shaped up. You get what you give and the only way Duffy reacted like that is because Tammi was being rude first and not handling it like an adult. She asked about the shoot and that was a means to fire her? Jazz's video looked lame and I was really feeling the idea Duffy had so it made me mad Tammi couldn't put aside her stank attitude to make sure her daughter was set. The most unprofessional thing she did was firing her in front of all of those people and talking about it behind her back like that. She should have taken her to a room and discussed her issue and then let her know that she would no longer be requiring her services. Who fires someone as they walk in in front of their whole crew. She did it to spite Duffy, but what makes me upset is the other people who lost jobs. Even Duffy said something like, "What about the dancers I hired and the crew" and Tammi was like, "They're fired too." tf? Really so the dancers she hired, and video crew all lose their jobs because you can't put your pride aside.
Then she went around lying about what happened. Over exaggerating what happened and how Duffy reacted. Yes I would bring up beating your ass if you put you hands on me too. I'm just surprised that no one was feeling Duffy and mad at her like that. What she said about Jazz was true whether it hurt her feelings or not. And she wasn't screaming in face. She was telling everyone that Duffy took it to that level, but how should she have acted in that position. Let that have been Tammi getting fired like that. Bitch would have whooped someone's ass. Then going after because she called her out for being a liar in Portugal. She asked her if she had a problem and got mad when Duffy answered. Something's not right with her...
