Those guys in the mountains and other questions (spoilers)
Were they refugees? Or just hikers? They looked, for a minute, like they wanted to rape Penelope before fleeing.
Why didn't Paul just turn away and leave her naked on the rocks? She was very unappealing and obvious. I can't believe he would fall for that old trick. I know he couldn't just leave her, but he could have called down to her to "get dressed! There are guys roaming around and you could get hurt!" and then turned his back to wait for her.
It seemed out of character for them to come back to the house SO LATE...HOURS LATE!! Didn't he care that Marianne would think something had happened between he and Penelope? It just seemed like a stupid thing to do.
What was all that about migrants and drowning at the police station??? What was the captain trying to say? Were they trying to link the migrants with what happened to Harry in the pool?
How could the police tell there "were other people in the pool"? Huh? Wouldn't footprints be washed away by the water in the pool?
Was that the captain who flagged them down and asked for an autograph?
What was the scar on Paul's leg from?
Thanks for any help.
