Best Opening Sequence Ever

Ok I see everyone is hating on this Emmy broadcast.

I just want to say the opening sequence is amazing. Why?

Besides being fun, funny, creative, interesting, filled with inside jokes...

You can see a ton of thought preparation and talent was put into it. THAT is what TV should still be about. Not taking the easy way out like the year all the past hosts sabotaged Neil P Harris. That may have been funny but besides writing a clever script what else was there?

This opening honored all the big TV shows. You can tell a ton of time was put into everything from setup rehearsal song editing etc.

Even the end about HBO. Clever.

I hope that TV and award shows continue to actually put effort into entertaining us. That's why we come. Otherwise we will just watch YouTube and not pay any matter to TV.

That's just my thoughts. And if you haven't seen it for awhile watch the opening on YouTube with Jane Lynch and look at the effort.
