Homages to Batman? SPOILERS

At the end, when you see the shadow of the cat, it looks much like the shadow of a bat.

Also, it's similar to the Catwoman "origin" scene in Batman Returns.

Plus, Michael Keaton falling to his death, the way he's sprawled on the pavement, and the way the camera spirals as it swoops down on him are very similar to the Joker's end in Batman.

I wonder if these were deliberate.

Well no, the shadow of the cat looked like the shadow of a cat. Homage to Batman, Jaysus some people.
