Yes! I had the same thought. I have a friend who is bound and she had a lot of easy to access help. Sarah getting in the laptop to email her daughter was so ridiculous, it just made me lose respect and hope for the movie. Not even a phone? That big expensive penthouse and no security within reach especially for a blind woman? No way, can't buy it
