Misleading Clue: Roadkill

I thought the lie was about eating roadkill, only because I thought I saw a clue. In the chart about how much fat is contained in different kinds of meat, the bar for 16% was much bigger than the bar for 17%... It seems they just made an error making their graph. What a letdown, I was thinking I'd spotted the clue.

Yeah, I saw that too... it looks like whoever put the graph together thought it was 18.5 instead of 16.5... but, the exploding wine bottle was pretty farfetched... yeast take a while to work and to buildup enough pressure to rupture the bottle before blowing the cork? Didn't sound right to me.
