What the heck? There was no girl representing November. It went from October to December. Can fashionistas not read a calendar and/or count?
shareA quick search on google helped me answer my own question- it was because of some politically correct nonsense regarding the Native American costume. So dumb.
I fully support Native Americans and believe that this is their land and that they were horribly mistreated by the Europeans- but the Native American costume is not an example of such mistreatment.
Did the Irish get all uppity over the Leprechaun costume? Did the Wiccans get all uppity over the witch costume? After all, the costumes were a parody of them. No, they didn't, because it's all in good fun.
In fact, one could argue that the costume promotes Native American culture in a positive way.
Everyone in America needs to chill out. Amma right?
