Good movie
I thought this was a good movie. It's deliberately slow and, thus, probably best watched by yourself.
The lead actor, Bryan Kaplan, is terrific in this, playing a severely depressed disabled vet trying to find meaning and purpose in life.
The director did a great job of using ambient sounds in lieu of a soundtrack to build tension. He also did a good job of concealing where the film takes place. I think it was the Pacific Northwest (Rambo's old stomping grounds) but it was never clearly mentioned, or shown otherwise through license plates or anything.
