lol yes there was some stupid thing in this movie , but sill great and enjoyably more than a lot of box office movies .

I actually bought that beat, personally. The father disappeared before iPads (or even iPhones) were a thing. To see family photos on a mass-produced, portable tablet would lend credence to the claim the guy showing them was really from the future.
