OMG! YES! YES! YES! The whole thing was *beep* Kite, Kite Liberator, and the live action. Liberators was the WORST. The story didn't make any sense and was all over the place. Not to mention that *beep* ending. And then the l-a movie makes Sawa a drug addict. The only thing that truly surprised me is that they kept the original Japanese names for Sawa and Oubri... and that the old lady in the elevator didn't die of a heart attack.
