Fantastic Film

Well directed and a great balance of telling the relevant chapters of Chris Nilan's personal and professional life against a very good, non-preachy perspective of what the role of the NHL enforcer was...told in very candid fashion by some of the more notorious "tough guys" of the 70's 80's and 90' (the "golden era" if you will, of the goon).

Great film for the NHL fan and anyone curious about what fighting in the NHL is all about. What I liked best was that Nilan is just 100% blue collar Bostonian. He doesn't sugar coat or for that matter, embellish anything he says. Quite an interesting guy. Hope he has been able to stay sober.

A very solid documentary.
