shareActually, since Josh never called her, and Harmon is the one who fathered her now-dead unborn baby AND she was persistently calling Harmon - Harmon will probably be the main suspect. The cellphone records would show all kinds of activity between Dena and Harmon and autopsy would show the baby.. DNA evidence?

For instance, But why was Dena calling Harmon non-stop?... and not Josh? Remember Josh even being surprised upon discovery.
Harmon just says she's freaking out but doesn't say why.
Dena is calling Harmon and not Josh because Josh isn't the father of her unexpected baby.
The timeline does not allow for a pregnancy. D is calling Harmon because she feels the need to unburden herself and she'd rather talk to somebody she likes rather than calling a broody, ill humored, grouch. Not that complicated.
