I feel like Im taking crazy pills, yeah, he is ok, but the SAME dead eyed emotionless look, like he is mad at his dik size or something.

That's because no one is giving him a chance to play a comedy.
They've seen him play this "Social Network" character rather well and that's it, they'll put him in films where he has to re-act the same type again and again.
"Now Jesse, give me that same face you played in "the Social Network", just talk normal this time"

He's Jeese Eisenberg in every movie.

Agreed, him like his favorite costar Kristen Stewart don't have the ability to emote with their faces. Same vocal tone, same delivery, same neurotic ticks, same zero range. I just don't find him convincing in any role that isn't specifically written for his personality.
