I gave it a 10

I'm not a big Neil Young fan but I grew up with his songs. This 'movie' was very laid back, a slow drive thru a childhood hometown in a classic car. The concert footage was great, he played solo on guitar, harmonica, piano. Very nice tribute to the Kent State victims during "Ohio". My only complaint was that it was too short! He did a fantastic encore to end the show. Okay, now I added several of his songs to my W995.

Not that good concert footage. Why stick a camera up a microphone? Horrible idead.

I love Neil Young, but sadly this concert movie was only 4/10 for me. "Interview" part was merely babbling as well.

Ugh, I hated that bit with the lugie on the camera lens, that was so disgusting. I can just see Neil saying "Yeah, leave that in, it's real".

I agree the concert footage wasn't that great. I've seen several videos of Neil Young performances and nothing here really stood out for me. The bit where he was driving around revisiting places from his youth was an interesting idea, but nothing really groundbreaking or indisposable there either.

It is interesting to see someone perform truly solo like this, with no band, especially with an electric guitar, which isn't done very commonly. Even Neil didn't try to do this until after he was well established.

What a Journey, great movie of an old (but still active) Neil Young.
Neil has always been one of my favourit artists, and I`m on the same Journey as Neil, and goes where he goes etc even when it hurts (personally things) i am still on the same Journey. Because it grabbed me and hold me so tight that i could not even close my eyes. Beautyful filming of an old man singing and playing like an old man, and he knows it and "thats the way life ment to be"

So strong movie this is, of course i gave it 10. I could have giving it 15/10 because its just so amazing that this SuperHero of Rock is old and sometimes his seems like a bit off, but he shows it and sings about it. One of the greatest artists in our time.

400 years from now Neil Young will be a legend. Like Beethoven, Tjajkovskij, Rossini.
