I just saw the Bunnyman 2 trailer online !

WOW, looks very good ! Looks sooooo much better then part 1. Looks like
they ramped everything up, more gore, more Joe and Bunnyman, less stupid kids.
Also judging from the tone of the trailer, it seems they've embraced the dark humor aspect of the subject matter.

Off to watch it again. I'm so happy they've turned Bunnyman into a franchise, looks like Bunnyman means buisness this time around :) Bunnyman 2 !

It definitely looks better than the 1st one (seen quite a bit of clips around the dark side of the web), no doubt about that! The only part I liked about the first one was that I finally see a director that is willing to make an attempt at capturing atmosphere, not just creating it for a 2 second view (in a B-movie, which is what it was, of course), though it really didn't have any place in that movie; should have kept to the so bad it's good genre @ 100% (my opinion anyway).

Though the first one was dreadful, it had parts in it (both comedic and creepy) that made one think 'hmmm, if he had some money/time/better cast, etc, he could be pretty damn good'. Not only that, the guy needed to make up his mind as to what kind of movie he was making. If you're going to make a mindless, stupid cheese fest horror, then make one. If you want a serious tone, then make it serious. If you don't have the resources available to creatively fit in both, then do something else. If your actors stink, then don't force them to do things they can't pull off or simply have them be bad on purpose for a charming, mindless bs film ... *beep* like that.

Looks like he figured it out and a possible holiday/cult-classic goofy, gorefest will soon be ready for our viewing pleasure. I hope so - Easter is the only holiday that doesn't include a good marathon of horror movies to go with it. What kind of holiday is that?
