How does a movie like this get any funding???

Holy cow this was atrocious. Brooke hogan looking like a trannie with her enormous rock hard melons, the black girl with ZZ cups flubbing her lines, Faux Jerry Oconnell soiling the Oconnell name, a few other hot girls with big juggs staring directly at the cue cards off camera. I can see a few teenagers scrounging a few hundred dollars together to film this, but $1M (I get it, this is the same budget QT had for Reservoir!!!)!!!!!! I guess when carmen divorced Dennis rodman, he took all her dough. Just go two feet in and do some hardcore porn. That's about the acting level Carmen, Brooke and big jugs black girl have. Did Faux Jerry Oconnell and the skanks inform their families when they did this, or did they just do it and hope nobody checks their imdb page and see that they were in this ridiculous dreck??
