Most despicable villains in the movie (major spoilers)

In order of appearance:

1. the policemen who beat and stole the kids,
2. the gang that stopped the train and kidnapped the women,
3. the kid that tricked the immigrants into being kidnapped in Mexico City,
4. the kidnappers,
5. the drug/human traffickers that abandoned the kids in the middle of the desert, and
6. the immigrant hunter.

I mean, all of them are beyond ruin but I wish Robocop could do his thing to #2.
