Why was the Asian server such a slunt to Bennet at Frank's bar?

I know that a lot of this flick wound up on the floor, but did I miss something between those 2 that was actually in the movie? She had that whole tigerb1tch-mom look during that scene.

Because she knows Marky Mark is a homicidal racist who likes to beat people of Asian descent.

Hahaha :)

umm did you see how he was talking sh#t to all the dealers throughtout the whole movie?

reply

She spoke to him that way because she could.

She is a free person who did not owe anybody anything.

If she gets sacked, so what? She'll survive and move on.

She is an "Eff you" position, in complete contrast to Bennet's predicament.

The money lender pointed all this out.

You're accurate up to a point, and thanks much for a concise reply. I appreciate proper wordage and s***. :)

I seem to recall a quick scene earlier in the movie where Jim was talking to that same girl at a bar and she was yawing at him but it wasnt a dialogue shot.

Thought the whole point was to give her the line about refusing to take on the responsibility of choosing one of 37 beers.
It plays funny, but actually serves the movie's theme. Walberg's character repeatedly answers "doesn't matter" when questioned, often putting the questioner in the position of having to solve his problem for him ("What am I gonna do with you?")
