I don't really want to take more time into this movie, but people should know..be warned. Turn away. If you've seen the one from 90s you're good. There is no need to watch this wannabe redo.
The cast/characters are unlikable and the plot never takes you anywhere good. Plus, the story and flatlining doesn't make sense, I mean they are doctors and so stupid.
The movie depends on so many jump scares and come on, they've been done. Yawn.
I skipped through it. Predictable and boring. Kiefer Sutherland plays the chief surgeon and has only a few spoken lines. He's not reprising the role from nor referring to the earlier movie. Avoid is a good advice. I quote Kiefer in this when his character says "there's a thousand to take your place". So is it for this movie.
shareI haven't seen the original one, but I think this concept has potential. Unfortunately this was just a poorly written and executed movie.
It started off with a sci-fi vibe and then it decided to turn into an horror movie. It failed at both.
If they had developed a good story based on the sci-fi aspect, then it might have been good.
Nina Dobrev broke-a-leg, thats what Matters. Don't skip, just stop it if you dislike the movie. Dude, have a little respect.
