while making a sci-fi about young doctors experimenting with death, they kept it PG-13. I doubt a female doctor that is going to take drugs to momentarily die and be brought back to life with paddles is going to wear a bra that covers more of her chest than the average bikini. Probably could blame that on Julia Roberts though.

No. It's just that there are people like you, who want nudity for nudity's sake. It's just unnecessary for a story like Flatliners.

It was rated R. Julia Roberts doesn't do nude scenes and I do agree that it was stupid having her keep her bra on while getting the paddles put to her because that's not reality.
