How can I watch this in the usa? Is this movie available on dvd, or any video streaming service?

You can buy a region-free DVD or blu-ray off amazon.com. I don't know of anything else personally (though there might be something else).
I highly recommend just buying it, even if you haven't seen it. It's an incredible movie.
