Just a bit of advice...

If you plan to have breast cancer, you'd probably better leave the United States. Even with Obamacare, the co-pays and extended treatments will probably drive your family into financial ruin. I suggest moving to the UK like a friend of mine did. She got treated and all is well. No debt, no financial ruin. Strange. And all without Obamacare.
