This is not a historical film. Yes, the wall was built to keep enemies out (tho for other reasons too), and Mongolians were an enemy. But this is a fantasy film, featuring giant monsters of yet unkown origin. Perhaps directed to attack the wall by Mongolians, but we don't know the why of it yet. Just enjoy what looks to be a fun & entertaining movie. Just go w/ it. It'll feel good.

Didn't you read the link I posted from Business Insider? I can't be racist against whites. Nothing I say here will impact your quality of life. It won't prevent you from getting a job, housing or getting a promotion. You can literally turn off your computer and go about your life without giving me a second thought. I on the other hand can't escape racist whites. I can't turn on the internet, TV, see a movie or read a book without seeing jabs taken at Asians. What's more, I see it playing out in real life.
