Is this going to be in English and Mandarin, or is it going to have the Chinese characters speaking English to each other?

The information I've read suggests it was filmed entirely in English.

Mostly English but also Chinese with subtitles.

William Dafoe (who's been under sort of house arrest at the Wall for some time) has been teaching English to Andy Lau and Tian Jing's characters so they speak English with Damon and Pascal.

Everyone else's dialogue is subtitled though.
