I'm confused a bit. Did Abalaam just want to be 'freed' to wreak havoc?
Did it really *love* Nell (in its own evil way of course) or was that just to trick her?

I ask because near the beginning Nell's father warns her that if it seduces her the demon will be free.
But later, the woman that tries to help her says that its intentions are changed....that it loves her.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?

It had no positive, life-bearing intentions for her. We know nothing about this character, it can only mean something bad, regardless of what is said.

Your guess is as good as anybody elses.

This film was an epic failure in that it utterly failed to tie up loose ends from the first one, or make any attempt at explaining anything at all. It was nothing other than 90 minutes of jump scares
