What creeped me out more than anything was
The Tin Man.
And the dude NEVER blinked!
OT: Nell sure did a lot of "jump scare" gasps. Half of the movie is filled with that.

Yep, the one creepy moment in the whole film for me was when she turned around and he was right there behind her holding out his tip cup. Not scary in an exorcist kind of way...more because that could easily happen any time you walk past a street performer on Fisherman's Wharf. Note to self: go ahead and tip the guy if he can stare at you for 2 minutes without blinking or he will follow you home. Those "tin men" and "robot" street performers are probably not the most stable characters; they have chosen to paint themselves head to toe with toxic silver paint for a living.
