Gwen
Her character really bothered me from the beginning. Did anyone wish Nell would had punched her in the face? I would have liked to seen something happen to her, not just the fire at the end

But I've since viewed this film many times, and I suspect that Gwen was evil as well.
The film didn't do a very good job expressing this, but I always felt she was either the demon or a human working FOR the demon.
Its certainly possible, even when she gets killed at the end. Horror movies certainly show their share of evil workers biting it, along with the good guys!
