It was a good film. Pretty funny, and I thought the acting was solid. Sam Rockwell is great in almost everything and that includes this. There were several times the theater laughed out loud. One thing that is a strike against it, is how predictable it is. You can pretty much guess the whole story and how it will all end up.

With any movie or TV show, whenever a woman is engaged at the start of the film she will dump the guy by the end. So i say yes nothing new.
