The special effects are very good for a B movie. If you like a movie with some unique kills and decent low budget effects, this has that. The stuff in between is pretty dumb, you'll end up wanting to fast forward quite a bit.

Oh, and the librarian is hot. They snuck Charisma Carpenter in here as a ridiculously too hot librarian and even though she only survives for about a minute, it's still a very well done death scene and she looks great as always.

For a SyFy channel TV movie, it's above average. Some of the other reviewers seem unaware of the usual badness you should expect from a made for TV horror flicks.

I got nothing.

I liked it. It was stupid and funny. I thought Misty Marshall was great as the sexy demon, M.C. Gainey a hilarious bad guy, Dana Gourrier was adorable, and Lauren Pennington was gorgeous.

I agree entirely with the 2 comments above. I kind of wish they had capitalized more on the "stupid"... like the frog scene. Loved it. When I saw that scene I was like YES this is going to be a funny ridiculous movie, but it was not to be. They kind of went the serious route after that which was disappointing. But yes, for a "B" movie, it was on the good side. Not great and not horrible. It was in fact somewhat entertaining overall. What were they thinking killing off Charisma so fast?? She's one of the reasons I watched it.

M.C. Gainey's mustache is pretty impressive.
