Dwight Yoakam as Meade?

Normally I wouldn't complain about casting for a historical movie because it's so hard to find people who look like the historical figure. But this cast seems really well casted, even down to Farley looking like old "eyeballs " Halleck. Having Dwight Yoakam in anything is great but as Meade???? Not a Southerner? Like Jubal Early? Or even a Texan like John Bell Hood? I hope they change it. Besides Meade is almost a non factor.
