Strange idea?

This will probably sound a little out there, but...

Is it possible that Mr. Bojangles stumbled upon the crime happening, and the perpetrator made him be involved? Maybe this is why he ended up in the restaurant bathroom covered in blood. It's a little strange how someone could end up in blood the same night that three kids were killed in a small town, but really it's not so strange that maybe he got into a fight for some jerk just beat him up.

I've been following the case for a few years, so there maybe something more solid that I missed that would refute this. It's honestly just a thought.

Someone also mentioned something similar to this on the Paradise Lost board, but it is kind of interesting that there are three accused perpetrators and three victims. Honestly, after years of reading up on this case, I still can't decide on guilt or innocence . That said, if they are innocent, I still think that Damien is a sociopath and loves the attention he gets from this.

Again, these are just random thoughts. I'd like to hear yours.

Or 'Mr Bojangles' stumbled upon the murder scene long after the murders. Or he was injured for some other reason. It is an odd coincidence but it's hard to speculate on something so vague.

I have no idea who did what and I don't buy Terry Hobbs as the murderer either. No one in the three programmes presented any motive for the murders that stuck. It's hard to accept the Satanic motive after the event, so even that one motive evaporated.

I think Damien has changed, a lot. He may have been mentally ill and will no doubt suffer still but I believed he has located his heart now and that makes a difference.

Why? According to Jessie Miskelley's confession he was not part of Damien and Jason's plan as he stumbled upon them with the three boys and assisted in capturing one who was trying to escape.

I find it troubling that the state will not investigate the matter further and that the killer(s) will never be identified.
