Prediction

Clearly, they want us to believe that Juliana is the werewolf. They could not be that predictable right?

Maybe it's a double bluff. She is the wolf, but not the one eating up all the local dudes. It's her spurned ex boyfriend noshing down on the guys who want to get with her out of territorial wolfy jealousy.

Or... a triple bluff! Her boyfriend wasn't here to eat anyone, he was just here to stop her infecting another (like she did him before leaving *insert limply tragic back story here about thereafter losing everyone he loved after he was turned only to be abandoned by her too*) But he's too late! She has already turned... OUR HERO the main character Jamie!!!!!! Who unbeknownst to himself has been getting giddy on the virgin flesh of his former friends in some sort of wolf transfiguration blackout goregy! Oh no! Now he must kill the one who turned him to return to human form. The boys team up and slay the she beast, but OH SH!T... quadruple bluff... she was never a wolf but a wolf slayer/hunter/whatever here to slay her ex (who isn't really her ex at all! keep up). He's the one who turned our hero and ate his pals! Then some other stuff goes down. I am so done.

What if a squirrel wants a sausage?
