Did anyone feel like the last half of the movie was a bit rushed?

Good movie overall, but did anyone think that the last scenes, when the actual sniping finally occurs, was somewhat rushed? It felt like the movie emphasized way too much on the early robbing murders that occurred in Louisiana and not enough on the sniper attacks, which is what the movie is supposed to be more so about. I really wanted the film to elaborate on each murder when the sniping took place, like how they planned it out, premeditated it, and where they took cover after each shooting. I mean, it wasn't like SUPER rushed, but I just don't know why the scenes of the murders prior to the sniping events went into so much more detail. You'd think it'd be vice-versa, yea?

Yes, I did feel the sniper scenes and activity of the sniper duo were kind of glossed over. They could have added an extra 10 minutes to beef up the content during that time frame.

Love's turned to lust and blood's turned to dust in my heart.

Yes, and I also felt like there wasn't enough father/son time between the two shooters. They had more of a student/teacher relationship, and then their eventual mission to commit one of the most infamous crimes of the century, served the most minor role of the movie. I wanted to see more of a mutuality between two people, who became notorious, over the better part of the movie, like "Monster" from 2003.

Overall, good movie though. The actors were just how I imagined the actual people, during their preparation to cause terror.

I watched BC for the first time this week and 10 minutes is exactly the time I was thinking they should have added to flesh out the sniper attacks.

My feeling was that the whole movie did feel rushed, it felt like scenes in the correct order but not like a movie.

The problem with the movie is that some scenes (Ray's party, e.g.) were too long and other scenes (when the cop realized who they were) were either too short or did not exist at all.
