I find Django unchained much more entertaining than 12 years a slave. I wish that movie won best picture. A black cowboy shooting people up. Rather than a black person getting slaughtered for 2 hours.

DJANGO UNCHAINED was entertaining, but in the end, it didn't really tell us a hell of a lot about slavery---it was basically just another exploitation picture, and I really didn't think it was all that great---I had major problems with it. 12 YEARS A SLAVE was a hell of a lot more realistic about how slavery really was, and entertaining too, but in a different way.
shareDjango Unchained is easily one of the most boring overrated films in the history of cinema. Quentin Tarantino is basically making the same movie with the same bloody fights only with a different cast.
