Because this is the page for the Walking Dead "webisodes" that you can watch at amctv.com, not the actual television series.

If you simply read the main page in which this message board is posted on, you will read the following:
"A web-series spinoff of 'The Walking Dead'."
How is that for use of quotes?
I hope I don't sound snarky, if I do, I apologise in advance.
