She gets to not be shot/killed because she's pregnant

I'm a female, never pregnant - if any of that matters

But I have a problem that because she was found to be pregnant, she got to live, while the other guys got executed by firing squad.

I guess if you want to do something really illegal, and you're a woman, just be sure to be pregnant, that way you won't be given the death penalty?

Just seemed so unfair.
