Wait, are you ****ing kidding me!? Season 3 SPOILERS

One thing that I've always liked about this show is that it's smart. The characters seem to have common sense for the most part. I get that the heists they pull off are high-risk, high-reward, but let me get this straight....

They decide to rob ~10 million from a group of mercenaries, all of whom are former Tier One operators, with the Colonel being some ultimate black ops badass type of guy. And these mercenaries don't answer to anyone, the money they are stealing doesn't belong to the US government, it will be guys who are some of the most elite trained killers in the world, and will hunt them to the ends of the earth once they pick up a trail. And they will pick up a trail...

And they don't skip town. For the sake of the story, I can understand why Lucas doesn't leave Banshee. But Job and the rest of them? What in the *beep* are they still doing in Banshee days after a heist of this magnitude, and ESPECIALLY with the fact that they fought this Colonel and hand to hand combat, who could easily dust off his hands/gloves and have the different skin flakes sent for DNA analysis (didn't happen, just saying though), etc. etc.

I mean, they have done crazy *beep* like heisted organized crime syndicates. But going against a bunch of former black ops mercenaries? What? That's a death sentence.

If they all just left town immediately after, sure I could understand that they make a clean getaway, and they think they can hide in *beep* Tahiti or something, but they don't even mention doing this. It's just back to business as usual.

Great show, but WTF did I just watch.

They had the false sense of impression that they got away clean and didn't need to leave. Job made many comments about how the commandos were going to screw them but thats a whole lotta money and all four of them had a adrenaline addiction. Why would they need to be worried about being caught if they thought that they got away with the money and nobody knew who they were?

What did you just watch? One of the best TV series to come along in 30 years.

You consider the military trained guys as being the elite group not to be fu**ed with - based on your statement , but what I see is the simple "Rocky" scenario here, meaning you have professional boxers taught and trained by the book , then you have Rocky a street fighter that breaks the mold - he might have got his a** kicked a lot , but for the most part he usually ended up on top because his opponents were thrown off by his unsuspected path to win :)
