The Voices Still SUCK

Originally, on the series the voice cast had their vocals altered as to be more familiar with the characters and show how truly otherworldly the Smurfs are, here in these films they're voiced by 'name' actors and not altered at all. Why do they do this? Kids dont really care who the voice actors are and grownups just use this sh!t to pacify their kids.

Marquee names for animated voices barely ever pays off, especially if theres a spinoff cartoon made afterward and the celebs arent able to commit to a weekly series.
