Pakistan is not Lucknow
When ever an Indian film has to project a soft image of Pakistan, Pakistanis are shown wearing sharwani, jesturing adaab, always addressing as aap, calling women as bibi and not by their name. Please a common Pakistani is not a poet or a nawab of Lucknow. We communicate like a common man, wear casual clothes in day to day life.
I remember in Veer Zara, the train station scene when Zara's fiance comes to receive her, wearing a sharwani, I couldn't stop laughing. Sharwani is a highly formal dress, worn on Eid, Weddings etc.
In Ek tha tiger, the ISI captain keeps addressing Zara as bibi, calling her aap aap. This is not how we communicate in day to day life.
