Ending was the only part I liked as long as they don't make a sequel

I had to watch since nearly everyone said it was bad. I have a low criteria for movies - as long as I'm entertained and the movie doesn't suck, I'm fine. Like the Syfy movies - they're bad, don't pretend to be anything else, so I'm entertained.

This movie sucked - and not in an entertaining way. Here's my biggest problems with it (in random order):

What was with the first scene? Just a way to get rid of the first guy so the family could move to town wth Nat? It was a promising start.

The neighbors were extraordinarily chipper, but why was the mother so rude to them? And then so upset after his accident?

Dad finds Nat with blood all over his hands, unconscious or catatonic. He just brings him to bed? I know the kid wasn't the bubbly type, but really? Then the next morning he just laves without mentioning anything to anyone about the night?

Were those people all sitting in that van all day into the night? Why?

Was the nanny supposed to be acting sexy? Where did she learn acting - cheap porno films? And hiring her after interviewing just two? For an 11 year old with a mom and a nurse in the house? He could have gone without a nanny for a day or two more.

The mom's last interaction with the nurse was also promising, until her inexplicable behavior afterwards.

I actually liked the next to the last scene. They should have just stopped there.

The movie is a sad joke, so there's no answer to anything, but this:

Dad finds Nat with blood all over his hands, unconscious or catatonic. He just brings him to bed? I know the kid wasn't the bubbly type, but really?

The father check his son's hands, trying to find out where the bleeding comes from. Then, he see a dead rat. He proceed to wash his son's hands and not worrying about hanta virus, brings him to bed.

Oh! And I'm sorry, but there's 2 sequels: 12/12/12 ans 13/13/13. I wonder why there's no 14/14/14, if they are inventing a thirteen month in the gregorian calendar... whatever.

Please excuse my terrible redaction, english is not my native language IMDb = Catch-22
